About Sean

Cross-sector experience, brought into the training room

Sean Reddaway teaches these subjects because he has spent years actually doing this work — leading teams, running organisations, walking alongside people in difficult moments and coaching others carrying real weight.

Why he teaches these subjects

Sean's work has repeatedly put him alongside people at the collision points between leadership, wellbeing, addiction, behaviour and responsibility — as a leader, as a coach, as a charity CEO, and as a friend and neighbour.

He has seen the cost of avoided conversations, the damage done by well-meaning rescue, and the difference it makes when someone in authority combines honesty and compassion in the same sentence. These workshops distil what actually helps.

Practical, not purely theoretical

Sessions are built on real scenarios, tested frameworks and language people can actually use on Monday morning. Frameworks are there to serve judgement — never to replace it.

Values and delivery style

Direct without being harsh. Warm without being soft on what matters. Honest about the limits of any single session, and clear about what a good next step looks like.

Sean's Christian faith shapes his values and commitment to dignity, truth, compassion and responsibility. General workplace and community training is inclusive and non-religious unless a faith-specific session has been requested.
